This website has been set up due to the amount of contacts that I have had from my other web site www.kennyshand.co. uk
People with disabilities who found it difficult to access information from one Internet site, will be able to search this site finding information and links about a range of disability help.
As someone who became disabled after an industrial injury and someone who had a disabled parent I have seen it from both sides of the fence.
I was healthy and saw things in a different view but now I see it how everyone should see it. I have designed Disability Help Scotland, to ensure that users with disabilities can access the information contained within it. I hope that, throughout this website, you will find a consistent style and structure that will help with both website navigation and web page readability.
Things are improving but are slow and I hope that with Disability Help Scotland, together we can make a difference. If you feel you have something genuine to contribute in the development of Disability Help Scotland or would like to have a link on this site.
please email me and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
The information gathered on this website comes from myself and other disabled people who have found it difficult to access information regarding disability.
By supporting each other we can make a difference, click here for ongoing achievements.
